Technical Sourcer - (Software Engineering & Product)

At Curve, we are looking to grow our In-House Talent Team with some of the best and brightest talent specialists to help lead the charge on bringing Curve's talent strategy and global hiring expansion journey to reality.

We’re looking for a Technical Sourcer, who is experienced in sourcing hard to find technical talent, to join our growing talent function. As we enter into our next phase of growth (100+ hires over 6 months!!)

As our Technical Recruiter, you’ll have an important role to impact Curve’s culture and bring Curve to the forefront of the engineering community as the place to join as a career. You’ll be depended on by the Talent Partners to help source candidates with Golang, Data, Testing, as well as Product at all levels of seniority. You will also get the chance to lead on some exciting projects across diversity, talent branding, social media campaigns and many more.

What will your day involve

  • Source amazing talent across all engineering and product disciplines
  • Co-ordinating interview panels and preparing interview packs across every department.
  • Be part of the Curve brand ambassador and spread the word about our great plans to hire the best engineers globally and help organise tech events in our community (career events, tech meet-ups, conferences).
  • Work on special projects, such as Employer Branding, process improvement projects, and other Talent Acquisition initiatives to improve the recruiting efficiency and candidate experience.

  • Expert in sourcing talent across platforms such as LinkedIn, Github, Stack Overflow
  • You are organised, deeply detailed oriented, and a speedy learner.
  • Experience of sourcing engineering talent globally
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.... and you'll never give up!
  • Proven success in directly approaching passive candidates, through to closing
  • You have a passion for the technology industry, and especial interest in Fintech (you'll know what the market is doing before anyone else!)
  • An experimental approach to candidate attraction using social media, digital media and growth hacking techniques
  • Able to work on several roles at once and juggle multiple candidates whilst maintaining the best candidate experience out there
  • Experience in working for an international technology / internet company is a definite advantage
