Senior Account Manager

Senior Account Managers are strategically-minded individuals who are acutely skilled in client service management and work on some of our largest pieces of client business.  They are team players, solutions oriented and have the ability to manage multiple client stakeholders at senior levels.  Having digital marketing experience is a requirement and a background in e-CRM business strategy and technology is preferred.

They should be commercially minded, with a proven track record of delivering against revenue and margin targets across a book of business. They should also be highly organised and able to manage multiple pieces of work, across multiple teams/stakeholders at any one time.

Account Managers also need to be able to understand and proactively identify client needs and work with specialist teams to effectively develop business solutions across services and technology. A strong understanding of technology and the ability to effectively communicate complex solutions to clients is therefore a key skill.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing day to day client relationships to ensure high client satisfaction ratings
  • Monitoring and maintaining high quality services and technology
  • Developing client requirements into business cases to drive incremental revenue
  • Managing on time, on budget delivery of work across multiple work streams and cross functional teams, to meet revenue targets and track margin
  • Managing and driving accountability across cross functional delivery teams
  • Participation in key organisational strategic projects

Required Experience

  • Degree education, with evidence of continued personal development
  • Minimum 5 years in digital marketing position managing clients and multiple stakeholders
  • Previous experience with cross-channel digital marketing, ecommerce and/or eCRM
  • Experience in partnering with clients on business strategy and solutions
  • Strong understanding of marketing platform technology
  • Superb communication skills
  • Highly resourceful, solutions oriented with a positive attitude
  • Natural problem solver and Team player, who doesn’t take no for an answer.
