Sales & Operations Analyst

As the Sales & Operations Analyst, your job is to contribute establish a strategy through which we can scale the operations of our 15-person sales team, being in France and International markets

You’ll help scope out the full available market and determine how to generate more qualified leads and opportunities for our sales team to achieve our ambitious revenue targets.

We’re looking for someone who loves sales, data and problem solving - someone who works well with different teams and will ensure the job is done!

Your main missions are:

Sales Strategy - you’ll work with our Sales and Customer Success teams to help generate strategic insights:

  • Implement Sales strategies (Territory & Vertical management, Lead segmentation, etc.),
  • Help maintain a healthy pipeline by identifying outreach opportunities,
  • Coordinate with Customer Success Managers to develop specific sales strategies,
  • Build and manage a comprehensive database of sales prospects, and manage the strategy of cold outreach campaigns.

Sales Excellence - you’ll work with the Head of Sales to ensure implemented strategies are paying off:

  • Conceive the sales processes being used by the Sales team in France and Europe,
  • Provide reportings and dashboards to measure performance,
  • Benchmark high-performing sales team processes.

Sales Efficiency - you’ll make sure our sales and operations are empowered by the new strategies:

  • Iterate based on teams feedbacks,
  • Communicate and train operations teams on our CRM processes


  • You have a strong interest in B2B Sales strategies,
  • You have strong written and listening skills,
  • Analytical, resourceful, diligent and detail-oriented,
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel,
  • You already have an experience on managing ERP and CRM systems (we use Salesforce),
  • You are a self starter with the hunger to be awesome and get great results,
  • Excellent use of French and English language,
  • You take initiatives: you're able to identify opportunities for improvements and take them to the next level.
