Customer Service Representative / Debt Collection Representative

About the Role:

We are looking for someone provide customer support including debt collection support to the business. The role is in Customer Success department, so the breadth of the role is broad with a variety of customer support duties.

Skills and experience

  • Inbound and outbound calls experience
  • Data entry skills
  • Strong communication skills and be able to demonstrate strong negotiation techniques
  • High level of computer literacy and reporting ability. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
  • Technical skills to carry out the role at a high level of accomplishment.
  • Accounting background would be an advantage
