Currently, we are looking for an Analyst / Developer to work predominantly on our financial management system, On Account. Sandfield’s On Account Financial Management System provides companies with an on-premise or cloud-based solution with the ability to deliver features and flexibility which are specific to their industry or situation. This is a unique opportunity for somebody with a background in finance and software where you will be able to combine your development expertise with your ability to work directly with clients to solve finance issues; The role includes:

  • Managing projects with our clients including gathering requirements, implementations.
  • Day to day customer interaction with ongoing provision of support, reporting and problem-solving.
  • Managing customer upgrades, customer testing, and customised system configurations.
  • Some development in SQL Server databases, and ideally ASP.Net/C#, HTML and JavaScript.

To be successful in this role you will have the ability to understand Financial Systems and business processes where you can proactively look at adding value through problem-solving and offering alternative solutions is essential. Strong relationship-building skills are essential as you will be forming strong customer relations where you will become respected as their financial systems advisor.


To be successful in this role you will have a strong technical background in SQL Server databases, and ideally some exposure to ASP.Net/C#, HTML and JavaScript, however this is not mandatory. You will also have knowledge of financial systems and business processes. Strong relationship-building skills is essential as you will be comfortable forming strong customer relations where you will become respected as their financial systems adviser.
