Agile Team Facilitator

We’re based in a sunny, open-plan office in the heart of Wellington which supports our Web and Mobile development, UX design, and Agile Coaching.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced agile coach who has:

  • An Agile mindset: Our focus is on BEING Agile rather than DOING Agile.
  • Someone who can see all sides of the equation: We’re client-facing and pragmatic; balancing the needs of the business with the needs of the team.
  • High EQ: You are self-aware, self-regulated, motivated and empathetic with great interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills — engaging, concise, and transparent communication skills both spoken and written.
  • A genuine thirst and commitment for life long learning.
  • Experience as an Agile Team Facilitator.
