The Admin Executive is a new role who reports to our Director of People and Operations with an opportunity to work closely with every stakeholder of the company. Simply put, you will be at the center of all the action that opens up to various career pathways in operations and people management. 

As the Admin Executive, you will be at the heart of our business operations. The ideal candidate is somebody who is meticulous and has a proven track record of adaptability, work efficiencies and a thirst to learn. You should be a trusted integrator who can support every stakeholder of the company in achieving its goals. 


What you’ll be doing:

  • Acts as the gatekeeper of the Nugit office where you have to independently deal with end-to-end office operations from front desk management, office security, to hosting guests and essentially, servicing all of our stakeholders needs. 

  • Manage a hip and newly renovated 3-storey shophouse by ensuring upkeep of our facilities and supplies. This also includes managing the work of our office caretaker.

  • Responsible for managing monthly account payables and receivables which requires working closely with our outsourced bookkeeper. 

  • Process procurement-related matters, from handling purchases to client billing enquiries. 

  • Responsible for the company’s admin platform management and asset inventory listing. 

  • Support the sales & marketing team with any events planning logistics. 

  • Assist the Director of People & Ops in managing the job applications and recruitment process from communication, coordination to ensuring our talent pipeline is up-to-date. 

  • Organise a centralised filing system for the company. 

  • Calendar management including but not limited to, meetings, room bookings and business travel arrangements. 

  • Provide ad-hoc support as and when required for special projects.
